These terms govern the use of the TweakLane hosted service by developers and organisations ("you"). The service is provided by Peidus Products OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia ("we", "us").
1. The service
TweakLane consists of:
- the SDKs for iOS, the web and macOS, which are open source and licensed under the MIT License, copyright Peidus Products OÜ. The MIT License, not these terms, governs your use of the SDK source code;
- the hosted service: the API, data storage, synchronisation, AI features, kill switches and the developer dashboard, accessed with per-app API keys. These terms govern the hosted service.
2. Accounts
You need a developer account to use the hosted service. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials and secret server keys confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
3. Free tier and plans
The hosted service is offered with a free tier. Each plan, including the free tier, has usage limits (for example apps, members, monthly customising users, AI requests and request rates) shown in the dashboard. When a limit is reached, new writes beyond the limit may be refused; data already stored stays readable. We may introduce paid plans; paid plans will only apply to you after you choose one and agree to its fees.
4. Your apps and your end users
You are responsible for your apps, your catalog of components and the locks you declare, and for your relationship with your end users, including your own privacy policy, the information you give them and the consents you need. TweakLane processes your end users' data on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
If you enable AI features, you are responsible for disclosing the AI provider to your end users; the SDK asks each end user for consent before the first AI request.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law or third-party rights; to store personal data in component props or default documents beyond what the service needs; to probe, overload or circumvent the security or limits of the service; to resell the hosted service without our written agreement; or to process special categories of personal data through the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change the service; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce its functionality. The SDKs keep rendering your default documents and cached layouts when the service is unreachable.
7. Intellectual property
We keep all rights in the hosted service and the dashboard. You keep all rights in your apps, components and data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process your data to provide the service.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable. On termination we delete your apps and their data as described in the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your end users' data before deletion.
9. Warranties and liability
The free tier is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability under these terms in any twelve months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. The courts of Estonia (Harju County Court) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
